| Purchasing Guidelines
1. What is HOST Miner?
HOST ANTMINER is a one-stop Bitcoin hashrate service provided by hiveiris . Clients pay hashrate service fee to obtain the right to use designated mining machines during the service period and receive the actual Bitcoin block rewards generated by these machines. No equipment setup is required – BTC generated are transferred directly into your wallet address.
2. What fees do I need to pay?
You only need to pay the hashrate service fee. Taking the HOST S21e Hyd. as an example, the hashrate service fee is $4,030 per unit. There are no other fees if you don’t buy the mining machines later.
3. How are the Hashrate Output Rate and service period calculated?
Hashrate Output Rate = Σ(Daily BTC mined × Real-time BTC exchange rate) / Hashrate Service Fee
(The BTC exchange rate uses the average of Bitfinex’s daily opening price and Bitstamp’s daily opening price.)
The service is designed to automatically terminate when the total output reaches 105% of the hashrate service fee.
Service period= (Hashrate Service Fee × 105%) / (Daily BTC output per miner × Daily exchange rate)
At a BTC price of $120,000 and total network hashrate of 912EH/s, the estimated service period is approximately 230 days.

4. Can I receive BTC daily? Can I withdraw daily?
The mining rewards are determined by the actual operating status of the assigned mining machine. The corresponding mining output will be directly transferred into your mining pool account and automatically transferred daily to your linked BTC wallet address. For specific withdrawal rules and the minimum withdrawal amount (0.005 BTC), please refer to ANTPOOL’s terms and conditions.
5. What happens when it ends?
When the service ends, you can choose to:
·Renew or upgrade to a new HOST Miner at a discounted rate: New hashrate service fee = New HOST Miner service fee – (Old HOST Miner service fee * 5%)
·Exercise the option to purchase the physical mining machine by paying a discounted price based on electricity costs during the service period (reference rate: $0.10/kWh), then complete the delivery process.
6. Can I terminate the service early?
After 30 days from service activation, you may terminate the service at any time and exercise the option to purchase the mining machine.
7. Can I buy HOST ANTMINER？
The Services under this Product are not available to residents whose KYC information indicates nationality or residency in the following jurisdictions: United States, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Russia, North Korea, Syria, Singapore, or any person or entity subject to applicable trade sanctions or export restrictions.
Qualified institutional or corporate clients may participate, provided such procurement and deployment are in compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

You acknowledge that hiveiris makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding any specific mining rewards and mining rewards value that may be generated during the term of the Service. You fully understand and recognize that the cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and mining rewards value are highly uncertain, subject to significant price fluctuations, mining difficulty, and other factors beyond hiveiris ’s control. These risks may be materially impacted by macroeconomic conditions, market sentiment, regulatory changes, and other external factors. As a result, you may experience partial or total losses, and there is no assurance that any expected output will be realized. By using our Services, you accept and acknowledge these risks and agree to bear full responsibility for any potential outcomes.
